The Gmail Help Discussion Group 

The Gmail Help Discussion is an unmoderated forum for discussion about the Gmail product and the troubleshooting of any Gmail problems. This group is currently available only through Google Groups. Any individual with a question or comment about Gmail, or about creating a Google Account and using Gmail, may post here. Only posts submitted by Gmail Guide are approved by Google.

Occasionally, Google employees who work on Gmail may post to the group. Any Google/Gmail employee who participates in the group will always post with a name including "Gmail Guide", and a blue badge will appear next to their name.
