Why is it that so many companies on the Internet make it virtually
ridiculously difficult to allow paying subscribers access to real
technical employees that might be able to help in a rapid and timely
manner.
Getting on discussion boards with contributions by everyone are fun
for a casual chat on a Sunday evening but hardly helpful to someone in
a real hurry.
Perhaps you see why I'll go to the people programs: Apple and iPhone.
I am very tired wasting my time to get help and some answers with a
process that is so convoluted. Access to real people (that speak
english in the USA) should be remarkably noticeable on every page of
your web sites so those that keep you in business do not have to waste
their time.
You will not always have such a niche and the loyalty you scoff at now
will one day be your chagrin.
Off soapbox.
