This is the dumbest rule for legit users of this program. I am now out
of communication for 24 hours for normal routine e-mails to family and
friends. My job search is now being relegated to a non-professional e-
mail account at hotmail because I don't want to start a new account
specifically for that and run into the same problem.

Hi I too am not getting emails on my id [email address] from the
past 2 days can google look into this and solve it.
My friends are getting delayed delivery on their mail boxes and I can
not even send mails

I am in the same boat. I use this account for business, and
continually have people telling me they sent me stuff.. that i have
never received. This has been happening for about a month. I have

once a gmail account is deleted, everything is deleted along with it
within 60 days, although "residual copies" may remain on back up for a
period of time thereafter. but just because they deleted the account,
doesn't mean that they did not make other copies of the images, and
that they are still floating around somewhere.

Someone posed as a model rep and I was so stupid!!! I fell for it and
sent them nude pictures of myself for the "audition." They deleted
their account, but I was wondering if there was anyway google would
still have their information? I'm really worried and I don't know what

haha. The Russian Time Travelers must be making money because the
last two days have been worse than ever.

What's most frustrating about this is not the cyrillic spam itself but
the fact that the cyrillic spam I'm filtering to SKIP MY INBOX and get
DELETED is still being forwarded!!

A couple clues: Gmail doesn't generate the header "X-Priority", and
the Received header mentions your IP address on spcsdns.net, which
would not be included if you were sending from the web.

Correctly forwarding messages no longer marked as spam.

Extended summary: Primary address is through pobox.com, but many
messages are forwarded there from my GMail account. Most are being
forwarded correctly, except those removed from the Spam mailbox and
moved to the Inbox.

NE1956, thanks for the advice. However, I would really love to know
why it was marked as spam in the first place. It couldn't possibly
have been flagged by anyone, because I have only ever sent mail from
this domain to myself, and hopefully my SPF records would prevent
spoofed e-mails being flagged and counting against me.

SPF problem with GMAIL.COM

Sending e-mail from GMAIL yesterday caused a bounce saying that the
SPF record denied that IP address.

The sending server was:
74.125.46.158 [yw-out-1718.google.com]

Can someone at Google update the DNS records?

How could you tell that gmail was not sending the emails? After
reading your post I noticed that my windows mobile device had the

Not recieving Chinese mails

Hi,

I just started a google-mail account. Our business partner in China
can not send mails to me. It works fine for my collegues, who have the
same e-mail solution and even adress ending (XXX.se).

My collegues can recieve the mails and also pass them on to me.
There are no junk-mails in my junk-mail-inbox and I have not changed

Hello, well I finally got yesterday's third and final test email from
my friend's hotmail account today. I also got a couple of emails from
two friends, one yahoo and one local account. Then I sent myself a
test email from my own hotmail account and after an hour now, I still
haven't received it on my gmail account. So clearly the issue is not

Hi Sarah,

I had my account hacked into yesterday. The same drill as the others,
it appeared in my sent box, and then must have been deleted from it. I
had no saved contacts in the account, but it sent an e-mail to
everyone i had once sent an e-mail to. I have since changed my
password and security question.
