Is there a to Select un-labeled message from all mail? Generally I
label a mail before achieving but forget some time. Then I need to
select all those and delete but we do not have feature to do it
easily.

If this feature can be requested to esteemed Gmail creator?

There is no easy way to search for unlabel mail.  You can do a search
for

label{ -labelname1 -labelname2 -labelname3 etc.
