I'd like to filter messages sent directly to me (TO) and leaving out
those sent in CC or BCC. How to do this?
Otherwise I'd like to show the TO column in the Inbox so I can see
immediately the messages sent directly to my address.

Go to Settings and turn on "Personal level indicators:", then save the
settings. This will tell you whether you were one of many recipients,
an individual recipient or got the email from a mailing list.

working... but it marks as 'mailing list' (>) also those messages
where I am in the TO copy with another address
