Has anyone else had the same problem since the 9th July of losing all
your mail in your google account.
I contacted google and the silly buggers told me that someone had
manually deleted all my messages. This is bull crap as someone else
posted the same problem and they keep sending the same reply to
everyone.
Please let me know so that i can go back to them with figures.

Yes, lots of people do report problems like yours, not just since July
9th, but for the entire history of gmail. But I don't have any reason
to doubt google if they say that they have logs showing the mail was
manually deleted.
If you didn't delete it, this is probably an indication that your
account has been compromised (perhaps you responded to a phishing
email and gave up your password, or perhaps you have spyware installed
on your computer that steals your password). Gmail has some advice on
the subject here:

Unfortunately, it seems like many people have their accounts
compromised (resulting in many reports like yours). This could be a
problem with gmail, but it is much more likely it is just an
indication of the overall poor security of internet users. (I don't
mean to blame you -- there is a serious problem on the internet of
devious people trying to steal passwords, and it's hard to avoid
falling in the trap.)
I had all my mail deleted two days ago and I've been trying to figure
out what could have gone wrong because I've been using spyware,
antivirus, and generally keeping my accounts very secure. I wanted to
know if there was anyway that those messages could be retrieved? I
don't even know how to contact gmail. Could anyone help me with
that?

The same thing just happened to me. All my inbox mail was moved to
trash, from the past three years, then the next day after moving a lot
back my complete inbox was deleted.
Why, I have no idea??
