I often use keyboard shortcuts when using Gmail. However, in a second
Gmail account, one that I want to switch to as my main one, I can't
use them. I cannot use the default keyboard shortcuts, nor can I use
any new ones that I have enabled via Gmail labs. This is strange,
because it is a problem using Firefox or Chrome; yet on the same
browsers, on the same computer, I can use these shortcuts just fine in
the account that I would like to leave. Is there some hidden feature/
option that I have forgotten, that you need to do to use keyboard
shortcuts?
The problem is not a lack of focus on the gmail tab. I click on a
blank spot on Gmail--the browser title section is dark blue...I still
can't use these shortcuts.
Any suggestions?
