Just as a side note, my experience shows that you are very unlikely to
get a direct response from Google. Imagine the email overload that
they would experience by the minute. This is why there are these
Gmail Help Discussion groups.

It is most always your peers who answer the questions, are we are
unpaid and, once in a while, under-appreciated. But we do try hard.
