Hi,

Gmail allows forwarding all the emails to a specific email id, it can
for example be your office id.

Presently all the emails get forwarded to the office id, despite
creating a filter to skip the inbox and archive it. I want to restrict
emails like Job Alerts containing specific words like "jobs",
"monster" etc. from being forwarded to my office email.

Suggestions anyone?

Disable the global forwarding, and create a filter to forward the
messages you want.

In your case, a filter with "Doesn't have the words jobs monsters"
should work.
