I am trying to import contact from Yahoo mail following the
instructions given in
"Gmail Help".

I open contact and click "Import" in the "Contact Manager" but the
"Browse" is not found. What should I do?

In Yahoo, you need to export the emails as CSV file. In Gmail, you
need to import the CSV file from Contacts Mananger.  Where are you
clicking for "Import"?

When you click on Import you should see some explanatory text and then
a button named "Choose file".  it's name has been changed since the
Help page was written.
