It is annoying to have to click "launch full Gmail" when I open
Chrome.  Does anyone know how to get Chrome to launch the full Gmail
without an extra click?

Alternateively, create an application shortcut. Open Gmail, select
from Page menu. This will put a shortcut icon on your Windows desktop
that launches Chrome running Gmail.
