Something strange is happening to my Gmail. each time I want to store
an email into a box I have previously labeled, it refuses to do so.
What happens is the tab with the labels unfolds but it does not allow
me to scroll to the bottom of the list. It started to do this just a
few days ago, I have been on Gmail for over a year now.

 Hello.

After I mark a message with a label (using the following hotkey
sequence, with the key pressed between brackets):

[.] [arrow keys to find appropriate label ] [enter]

After labeling, hotkeys lose focus. Then I can no longer use hotkeys,
and am required to click in the pane, breaking my workflow.

Very odd behavior. In fact, the opposite behavior is the more common
complaint. Gmail's conversation storage suppresses duplicate copies of
messages, so if you get the same message from more than one email list
only one is retained. Likewise, if you post to a list, the copies you
receive are discarded because you already have a copy in the Sent mail

Thanks, already doing that. But not convenient. I think Chrome should
make that available. I have already suggested it.

Until this feature becomes available, one workaround is to print to an
image manipulation program and then crop the image. Microsoft Office
Picture Manager is one example of an easy way to crop images.
