If the infowindow opens, then the function is working. If your string
'Hello' is not appearing it is likely not being recognized as a
string. This would likely have something to do with the placement of
that line of code.

Do you have script error reporting turned on for your browser and are
you getting a javaScript error when you load the map

Lets see your map dude.
