  Hi Maulik. &lt;br&gt; Your first point is logical, but it is not wise to pay more interest for &lt;br&gt; technically around 1-2 years also. &lt;br&gt; - Looking at the calculations subbu presented even if the load amount &lt;br&gt; varies and interest rates diff becomes negligible in near future (1-2) years &lt;br&gt; you still manage to save some money.
