Actually, Judy Garland wasn't in "Best Foot Forward" - or any Broadway
show, for that matter. Perhaps Olbermann is confusing her with June
Allyson, who was one of the stars of that show?
Other cast members of "Best Foot Forward" (Stratton's only Broadway
appearance, according to the IBDB) included Rosemary Lane, Nancy
Walker (in her Broadway debut), and a chorus boy named Stanley Donen.
