I was trying to retrieve my Blogger login name and password when I
encountered this error after typing in the name of my blog and
clicking on the "lookup" button.  What does it mean?

FYI, I believe I previously deleted my associated Blogger account,
which all documentation indicates would delete my blog as well ...
however, my blog is still live.  Bottom line, I really just want to
delete my blog.  I no longer have a need to use the Blogger login I
had deleted.

The error code probably results from you trying to retrieve a login
name / password for a deleted account.  Only Blogger can say for
sure.  There's not a lot that you can do except report it to Blogger,
and let them diagnose the problem.
