 When I tried to create a blog, one question was Blog Address. I typed
in my blog address ( http://choppbobby.blogspot.com ). The message I
got was "Sorry. This blog address is not available."
 Please advise.

Good day Bob,

It is likely that you mistyped your blog's URL. I recommend logging
into your Blogger account and clicking on "View Blog" next to your
blog name in your dashboard. This will open your blog in the browser
and if you look in the address bar you will see your blog's URL.
