I publish via email several times a week using MS Outlook and have

I have custom domain with hostgator, they did CNAME ghs.google.com.
Blog goes to web search for ghs.google. Then I see its in my gmail
account. What is the reason blog can't be published to my domain?
Got this error when I tried to publish:
"Your HTML cannot be accepted: Tag is not allowed: <meta
equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">"
But I compose using WYSIWYG editor and never edit HTML codes. How
could this happen? What should I do?
