Subject: Weird template issue

I just upgraded my template and I'm getting these X's where pictures
should have uploaded all over my blog.  There are no pictures there.
Please help.  Please only reply if you know what is wrong.  I have
tried several templates and they all do the same thing.

Also, does anyone know how to actually get help from blogger.  This is
so frustrating.
