Well then help us help you!!

If you are in this situation and can't upgrade your template because
of missing button, please reply to this thread with your browser and
operating system info.

Also, I recommend trying from another browser to see if that helps.

I am having this exact problem. I use internet explorer and microsoft
windows xp.  Need help please!!!

I also can't change from template to layout because there is no
upgrade your template button. I am using internet explorer and Windows
XP - about to go travelling so would love to fix this before I go.

Hi,
I am having this problem too! I no longer can get anything on my blog
page to pull up! Please help, I don't want to lose everything! I have
no way to upgrade to layout, the button is missing.  I am using
internet explorer and microsoft window xp. Please help!

My blog does not have an "Add a Page Element" button so I have not
been able to do anything. I have tried using Explorer and Firefox and
removed pop-up blockers and still nothing. Please advise, blog url

layouts
where there.

XP and IE too.   It's been this way for about a week, I can change the
template but I can't upgrade to one where I can arrange elements etc.

My button is also missing to upgrade my blog.
Using Windows XP, Internet explorer and firefox.  Still not working.

Is there an answer to this problem - nothing seems to be happening and
no solution to this problem - seems there are quite a few with this
difficulty.
