Subject: page errors trying to add/edit gadgets

when I go to page elements in the layout category I get error message
and it will not go to where i need it to go  How am I supposed to do
what I want to do when the functions will not work?  Today August 21,
it worked part of the day, and then it hasnt worked...  I have links
to add, and other things to add and its like hit and miss as to when
it is working.  can we just get this fixed please, I have work to do.
