I'd go for the milk because of the evidence that consuming some fat along
with your protein boosts muscle protein synthesis. And also because it
tastes nicer.

That's 420 extra calories, which is certainly not exactly inconsiderable.
But still, it's just 420 calories of other stuff you have to not eat.
Either have a green salad for dinner, or Warrior it up and skip lunch.

Also, is coral calcium the most gratuitously environmentally unfriendly
thing ever, or what? Is it actually made of coral?
