Thanks for this link, Chris.  Pretty accurate as I know it.
I was 8 y.o. at the time, but my readings sound about the
same.

I really wish I had high-speed access.  Decent MC5 video
clips are always worth watching, but at 19.2kbps they sure
take a long time to download. On this one, the bass player
is Steev Moorhouse.
Michael Davis was either out or on his way out of the band.

I've been fortunate enough to meet and talk with Wayne
Kramer and Dennis Thompson, plus some other people from that
time and circle of  revolutionary activists.
