If he wanted to play for Tampa, this deal would have been done already
- and it still might be done. Tampa has the cap room and needs an
upgrade at QB. He clearly wanted to go to Minnesota. That's very
obvious. If the Packers gave him an outright release, he'd be there
within 48 hours.

I don't think he gives two shits about the weather during football
season.
