George Mougios Reports-unanswered questions and more on the SET FIRE at my house

                George Mougios Reports

                       COMMON SENSE

November 30, 2006

I am still waiting for someone to answer the many questions I raised herein.

In a past issue I quoted the State of Connecticut's preamble to the state constitution which states that every citizen has the right to bear arms in defense of himself and the state. Now if this is in the constitution, or preamble, and has not been amended nor repealed, how come arrests are made for people carrying guns without a permit?

I wonder if any attorney representing a client arrested for carrying a dangerous weapon has ever used the above as an argument in defense of his client?

I also read in the crime pages of CT POST, yes, I read it, what other newspaper  is there to read that covers Bridgeport? I tried to get the HARTFORD COURANT, which circulates in Bridgeport, to set up a special section to cover Bridgeport, but to no avail. I recall the time when the COURANT did a huge two page story about then state senator, LEE SAMOWTZ, and GARY RAYTAR, both of BRIDGEPORT and how they tried to take over the COLT plant in Hartford, but not a word in the POST other than a small AP story which didn't even mention RAYTAR.

RAYTAR as readers of this publication know, started the Korean Massage parlor in Fairfield that was just raided and closed down by the police. That was the one I told Andy Brophy about, he's a POST reporter that covers Fairfield. It was some five years or more ago, that I mentioned it to him, and he laid off that story. I presume he was ordered to do so by his superior at the POST. Why? Even now, the POST has not elaborated on this story. Who owns the Parlor? Is Raytar still involved or did he sell it? Raytar once told me he sold it but he also assured me that no sex took place there and it was strickly a health spa. I am rather naive and believed him.

I still can't make send my newsletter to any city employee as Fabrizi had the webmaster of the city's web site reject all my messages and newsletter. I am still trying to get the FIRE MARSHALL to contact me who told me that the fire at my house was a set fire and they call it ARSON, But now he won't return calls and the fire department's staff, when I call, merely place me on hold.

Not only did my house sell for $177,000 while appraised at $305,000 but  the judge told me he would not allow a sale or approve any sale less than $305,000. Can the house be sold for $177,000 and approved by another judge when a previous judge stated he would not approve a sale at less than $305,000? Then there was the fire. The new owners had fire insurance so they end up with the house at $0 cost to themselves. Some insurance company is out a lot of money and it didn't even get more than a small premium paid.

At a previous auction, the Fabrizi family showed up as Fabrizi's brother and nephew, ROB, have been buying up foreclosures, TAX foreclosures all over town. This should be investigated by the FEDS.

While the new owners of my tried to take possession, one thing held them up, they didn't have summary judgment. They were going before Judge Cocco's court and couldn't get it. But they entered the first floor aprtament and took possession and locked it to bar me from entering it. In court, I told the Judge sitting in for Cocco, Judge MELVILLE that the prospective new owners took possesion of the first floor and locked it so I could not gain possession. If a FIRE ever took place, I couldn't get access to the first floor, as I told it to the judge. Once there was a gas leak there and I spotted it and put it out or the house would have exploded. The judge said to me:

" IF THERE'S A FIRE, SO THERE'S A FIRE!" Well there was a fire and I could have been killed. Something should be done about JUDGES in our corrupt state BUT I guess if our leaders are CORRUPT, then some judges are too as our leaders appoint the JUDGES. I do not feel Judge Melville is corrupt but he may be getting senile.

While I was seeking shelter, QUATRELLA & RIZIO, LLC and there ace conspirator, MR. GOLGER were maling motions in court against me eventhough they were out of the deal. I guess the buyer's attorney, STANTON LESSER, son of ROBERT LESSER was crying bloddy murder as they couldn't take legal title without SUMMARY JUDGEMENT. ROBERT LESSER is close to all the FABRIZI clan and was on various city boards. LESSER had a conflict. They all have some sort of conflict as this in BRIDGEPORT but when FABRIZI bites the dust, they ALL will go down. Fabrizi hopes that the dust he bites will have a little CRACK COCAINE in it.

IS BRIDGEPORT, IT'S CT PHENIX CITY, ALABAMA ALL OVER AGAIN?

  more to come, I hope

George Mougios Reports-Phenix City all over gain-this time in Bridgeport

                       Common Sense

November 29, 2006

I got an eeary feeling when I saw the burning and bombing of the house of the man who stood up to the corruptors in Phenix City, Alabama. It reminded me of the fire at my house. The fire was set. The Fire Marshal told me it was a set fire. Now I can't get ahold of the Fire Marshall. This fire was the only fire ever on this block yet not a word about it in the Connecticut Post? I have been calling for the resignation of Fabrizi as mayor of Bridgeport and writing newsletters about him and his close buddies, Quatrella & Rizio and Att. Golger, among other revealing stories that even CT POST has suppressed keeping up its old tradition. Now all telephone lines on the Internet to city employees and to the fire dept are BLOCKED to me. I wonder if the Fabrizi gang is out to get me before the feds get Fabrizi because when Fabrizi goes down they all go down. Fabrizi is on Cocaine and buys it from mafia sources which are having a field day in Bridgeport where even the police are corrupt as the new chief, who is lucky to land such a job, may have promised Fabrizi that he would lay off the Drug dealers and arrest only the small fry using drugs. I wonder....IS IT PHENIX ALL OVER AGAIN BUT THIS TIME IN BRIDGEPORT?
